Task: To make a removable panel that wouldn’t leak and was easy to use

Cutting the hole was the easy part, making the channel and sourcing the right sealing strip took a little longer. As per the original sketch I made drain holes in each of the four corners and a raised strip along the front edge, to help reduce wind noise.
