Task: To repair heavy front end damage

This heavy front end damage was my first Radical repair, and having seen how much a new nose cone was going to cost, I understood why the owner wanted me to repair it. The only trouble was.......time.

There was a great deal of cracks and crazing as well as the missing section around the n/s light cluster, which had to be rebuilt using a newly formed mould. The centre section also had to re-glassed where the front wing fitted, plus the rear panel lugs had to be made.

The car was delivered on the Tuesday but had to be out of the door by Friday ready for spraying over the weekend, before it was shipped over to France. All the repairs were completed on time, but alas the paint job was never finished.
