The hard part is coming up with ideas to make products that sell, the rest is relatively easy. First buy a body panel suitable for the job, draw the design on to some foam, cut and sand to shape then cover in fibreglass. After some more sanding and filling, take a vacuum form mould from the original, fill with resin...and off you go....T4 scoops by the bucket load.
